I always feel spoiled here. I've been coming here for years and I do not like the drill! Dr. P. takes good care of me and works to prevent my anxiety with no shame directed my way, even though I feel like a wimp. The office staff are friendly and know me by name. The staff are super keen on monitoring my health issues, medications, procedures and how they affect my dental health. This makes me feel well taken care of. Also, I've had several after-hours and weekend emergencies over the years with direct access to the doctor. I really love this team!

Excellent in all areas, I've trusted Dr. Pickel and his staff for over 15 years and continue even thought I've moved out of the Seattle area.

I saw Dr. Pickel as a new patient today and I could not be more impressed. Dr. Pickel spent more time with me reviewing my xrays and explaining everything he saw than other dentist I have ever been to. Barb, the hygienist, was thorough but gentle, and Gwen, the dental assistant, was very knowledgeable and helpful. As unpleasant as a dental visit could be, Dr. Pickel and his team made me feel very well cared for.

Dr. Pickel was my dentist when I lived in Seattle. I found him to be really thorough and engaging (he's a pretty funny guy), and I was always happy with my care while I was there. The office environment is really nice, and I liked that they had a parking garage at their office, so I knew I could always find a spot even if their office is in the middle of Seattle.
